Production process
We have an experienced team to coordinate the entire process properly, and offer timely reaction on your every inquiry. Below is the mainly procedures on how to begin our cooperation.
1.Contact one of our sales with details of your demands, we can make with your own designs and with your own logo.
2.You can send us designs or give us your ideas, we will send you hand sketches or 3D sketches or CAD for your confirmation first, or make samples directly for your fianl confirmation. If you have any samples to copy, you may send to us directly.
3.We will always keep recommending you new designs, you can choose any styles you like for your collections.
4.Production will be started after your final confirmation on full details.
5.Normal delivery time is 3 weeks, for small orders, can be 1 week or 2 weeks. For big orders, can be 4-5 weeks.
6.Shipments used to be made by Express shipping, like FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.
7.Payment in advance before designing or production, full payment before delivery.
8.We will advise tracking number after shipment is made.
9.We are welcome for any feedback after you receive the goods.
